Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. You can create an account at checkout if you want to see your order history later.
Who can buy from POWERpepsUSA?
Purchasers must be 21 or older and must confirm at checkout that they are buying for laboratory research use only. We may cancel any order that we believe is intended for human or veterinary use.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@powerpepsusa.com as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has shipped it cannot be changed.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Venmo or Zelle. Choose “Venmo or Zelle” at checkout, and after you place your order we will show and email the Venmo and Zelle payment instructions. Your order ships after payment is received.
How long do I have to pay?
Unpaid orders are canceled after 48 hours.
Do you have discount codes?
Enter any valid coupon code in the cart or at checkout. Only one coupon can be used per order.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order and goes out by UPS 2-day service. Orders ship after payment is received; processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
How will I track my order?
We email tracking information when your order ships.
Products & documentation
Where can I find a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Each product page shows whether a COA is available, partial or coming soon, with a download link when a report is published. All published reports are listed in the COA library.
Do you provide dosing or preparation instructions?
No. Our products are sold for laboratory research only. We do not provide dosing, preparation, reconstitution or usage guidance, and we do not answer questions about human or animal use.
How should products be stored?
Storage conditions are listed on each product page. In general, sealed vials of lyophilized material should be stored frozen and protected from light and moisture.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery; the buyer pays return shipping. To start a return, email support@powerpepsusa.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Opened vials cannot be returned or refunded. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery.
