This Privacy Policy explains how Power P Holdings, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as POWERpepsUSA (“POWERpepsUSA”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit powerpepsusa.com or place an order.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, billing and shipping address, order details and messages you send us.
- Payment information: we do not store full payment card or bank login details. Payments are handled by the payment method you choose (currently Venmo or Zelle).
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, cookies needed for the cart, checkout and account login, and affiliate referral information collected through Trackdesk (see section 4).
2. How we use information
- To process, ship and support your orders.
- To communicate with you about your order or account.
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use and Research Use Disclaimer, and comply with law.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To send marketing emails only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store (such as hosting, email, payment, shipping and affiliate-tracking providers), when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the shopping cart, checkout and account login.
Affiliate tracking (Trackdesk). We run an affiliate program, and every page of the Site loads a tracking script from our affiliate-tracking provider, Trackdesk. The script records visits that arrive through an affiliate’s referral link and sets a cookie on powerpepsusa.com that stores a referral click ID and the referring affiliate’s ID. This cookie lasts 30 days. If you place an order during that time, your order number and order value are shared with Trackdesk so we can credit the referring affiliate and calculate their commission. When the script loads, Trackdesk also receives standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use this information only to attribute referrals and pay affiliate commissions.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies, including the Trackdesk cookie, in your browser settings, and you can block third-party scripts with your browser or a content blocker. Blocking the Trackdesk cookie does not affect your ability to shop, although blocking the cookies needed for the cart and checkout may prevent you from placing an order. We do not currently use other analytics or advertising tools. If we add any, we will update this policy and provide any required choices.
5. Text messages
We do not send marketing text messages.
6. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for our business, tax and legal obligations, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email support@powerpepsusa.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
